Alveolar Antral Artery (AAA) Deep Learning Research

ResNet-18 model that locates the alveolar antral artery canal in dental CBCT scans.

Multi-label classification over coronal CBCT slices to find where the alveolar antral artery canal sits. The interesting part turned out to be thresholds: tuning one per class instead of a single global cutoff pushed micro F1 to 0.8206. Surgeons plan around that vessel, so a miss is expensive.
